Check-In and Check-Out

• Check-in time is 3:00 PM.
• Check-out time is before 11:00 AM.
• Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability.

Reservations

• To secure your reservation, a deposit of 100% of the total stay is required at the time of booking.
• Cancellations made at least 14 days before the check-in date will receive a full refund of the deposit.
• Cancellations made on the same day of arrival will forfeit the first night rate.

Smoking and Pets

• Deluxestay Apartment is a smoke-free environment. Smoking is strictly prohibited within the premises and there is a penalty for defaulters.
• We do not allow pets

Damages and Incidentals

• Guests are responsible for any damages or loss caused to the property and its contents during their stay.
• Please report any incidence to us immediately it occurs.
• Any missing or damaged items in the course of the guest’s stay will be charged to the guest's credit card on file after due investigation.

Noise and Behavior

• Excessive noise, party, and disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in eviction without a refund.

Maximum Occupancy

• The maximum occupancy of per room is 2 guests. This includes adults and children.

• Your security and privacy are of utmost importance to us. We provide a secure environment, and your personal information will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.

• Guests are expected to adhere to all local laws and regulations during their stay.
